Pavillion Interim is the new force from Pavillion Law
Pavillion Interim aims to accomodate those clients who for one reason or another are not able to increase their permanent staff head-count, or have a deadline to meet for a particular project; and to supply Locum Solicitors with quality work at excellent rates of pay.
There are two ways of working on an Interim basis with Pavillion Law.
Temoporary Assignment
This is an individual who works for an hourly rate and is employed by Pavillion Law. We deal with all the administration and pay the Solicitor usually on a weekly basis.
Contract (Fixed Term)
This is an individual who is taken on to the clients' payroll for a period of time. The earnings will be expressed as an annual salary and are usually paid monthly.
Rates of Pay
We calculate an hourly rate of pay pro rata with an annual salary. For a contract lawyer the salary is agreed in advance.
